Sharon Pearson is the founder and CEO of The Coaching Institute and was the resident life coach on Channel 10’s 9am with David and Kim in 2006. With one of the highest profiles of the 3,000 coaches in Australia, her speaking engagements always receive passionate feedback, and she has a hands-on role in the running of all training events.

Ellen Hutchison

Alice Haemmerle

Alice Haemmerle: In 2010, Alice was appointed as the NLP Trainer for The Coaching Institute in Melbourne, Australia. She is a certified Trainer of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), TCI Deep State Repatterning™, Matrix Therapies™ and is a Master Success and Peak Performance Coach.  She is a Founding Member of the Australian Board of NLP.  Alice is also the Creator and Director of the Instant Insight Communication Systems, for Business/Executive, Relationships, Sports and Sex Coaching.

Peter John

After a long career in the retail sector, Peter has been working as an Accountant for over 20 years. During this time he has worked across a broad range of industries and organisations, which have all contributed to the skills he brings to The Coaching Institute.

Peter’s greatest achievement has been founding The Macular Vision Loss Support Society of Australia”. This body helps people with macular vision loss to cope with everyday life. To date the society has raised over $500,000 to help in research to help find an ultimate cure for the condition.
