Great Idea By A Student! The Breakfast Club Is Born!

Morning!!!
I was having a chat yesterday with a fabulous new Diploma student of The Coaching Institute, Jen White.
Here’s what she had to say…

“The intake weekend 12-14 March left us on a fabulous high however there were some concerns shared quietly that perhaps the high would wear off, motivation might wane and real life might grab us by the throat issuing sly nudges of ”You can’t have that” about our dreams. And so The Breakfast Club was born. A group of like minded and committed new coaches coming together for breakfast once every few weeks to re-energise, share ideas and support each other as each tackles the mountain called Diploma. Each individual brings a specific expertise to the table and is willing to share freely and openly so that all benefit. After all whats the point in knowing something if you can’t experience the joy of sharing it with someone else :)
We meet this coming Tuesday morning for the first time…yippee.”

How to Run a Successful Workshop 4 day training has just completed – congratulations!

One highlight was shared by a student who went applied what he was learning DURING the training and earned $35,000 in one morning. He is, as you can imagine, completely delighted with the results.

I’ll find a pic of the team who were in the room with Sharon Pearson – Australia’s most successful coach and trainer – and some comments from them and I’ll share them with you tomorrow. (There was A LOT, but you’ll get the idea!)

Trainer’s Training – otherwise known as How to Run A Successful Workshop – is one of the most popular and rewarding parts of the Diploma Program because each participant leaves with their own workshop presentation fully prepared and ready to go.

I haven’t done it yet – I’m doing it in July, I think – so stay tuned for my updates then!

Masterminder Submits A 1.1 million dollar deal!!!!!

OMG! Well done Ilse Strauss!! You are a true superstar and have set a new bar for the rest of the Masterminder’s to step up their success even more.

Ilse did her Mastermind training in January this year, and through combining what she learnt in the room with her NLP and Trainers Training has managed to take over the training of a Very Large organisation in Perth!

The Matt Church event is rocking in Sydney yesterday and today.

76 Students are being wowed by Matt’s presentation skills – yesterday they mastered the art of interacting with their audience and overcoming their nerves. I would say that’s pretty invaluable if you’re a presenter or speaker wouldn’t you?

Of course now they are chomping at the bit to get to Matt’s next 2 presentations.

Total Awesomeness Accomplished on Accelerated Results Class Today!

If you missed the Accelerated Results class this afternoon jump on the Certificate IV website this afternoon to check it out! (under ‘Bonus Resources’)

So much was covered I dont know where to start, but here are some of the essentials from the call.

Mindset – Get to the Blog (the page to the RHS of this one) :) I’m covering the ‘need to know’s’ with you there. Also reconnect with your starter kit and see how far you have come already since your first came to your Foundations of Coaching Training weekend. (Definitely a reference point for success).

Niche – Get to the Advanced Prac site and listen to the 5 hours of Audio recordings by Shaz walking you through how to identify a successful niche.

Also remember: to be a market they have a ‘problem’ they need a ‘solution’ for. They must congregate – so you can reach them and they’ve got to be prepared to spend MONEY on the solution!

The Social media stuff, again the website is sendpepper.com – awesome for managing your ‘list’.

And remember…

Its the little pieces of action we take every day that are compunding towards our success.
