“Hi Guys I hope you are all well and seriously getting into this awesome coaching gig!

I get pretty excited when I find something of value and I generally cannot wait to pass on my good fortune. Now I don’t want anyone getting jealous here because I know everyone is getting similar value but I would like to share with you my great appreciation and respect for the special members of our triad team. Vimmela has been assigned as my coach and Anne is our really switched and insightful NLP listener – as you already know she is very intelligent but she is also very generous with her resources and feedback – thanks Anne.

Vimmela is just a fantastic coach. She is exceptionally focused, professionally prepared and committed to help me getting my head out of my butt! She is so encouraging, supporting me to get the best version of myself up and running. I admit this is no easy task – but with Vimmela’s outstanding coaching approach I won’t even recognise myself!

Additionally I am learning so much about the coaching process from them in their respective roles – the triad program is a well conceived concept and is really opening up my understanding about the whole coaching methodology. Today’s coaching session included our mentor Janet. I don’t know anything about her but she is really worth listening to, maybe Vimmela could help with answering that question. Janet’s comments and advice took me to a whole new level again – it was really tremendous. As soon as I put a few notes together about what I learned today I will send them to everyone, it may not be news to you but it sure was to me.

So Vimmela – thanks so much for all you do – for all you are – you really are a STAR COACH and I really appreciate being the benefactor of what you bring to our coaching sessions. If I can assist others to experience what I am from these sessions I am exceptionally confident that I and we can contribute to enhancing & expanding the lives of those we coach.”!!

A big hello to all our wonderful new students in Brisbane!! 

As we speak there is a packed house of superstar coaches in the making up in Brissy…….and the magnificent Joe Pane is about to give them a weekend they will never, ever forget!

What we know for sure is that this weekend will change their lives forever and they are about to awaken to a whole new world of wonderfulness.

A Sensational Student Story!!!

I came out of my Intake weekend at the end of May and upgraded to Diploma that weekend.

Firstly I would like to thank all you wonderful people there for helping along this absolutely wonderful journey that I am on.

Secondly I would like to say that I am learning so much about myself and today I had another huge breakthrough.  I have just come out of a coaching session.  This coaching session was so groundbreaking and awesome, not only for the client but also for myself.  Well you see for the first time I actually let go of my ego.  I gave my all, not that I didn’t do it before, but this time is was different I gave my all and came out of it with so many more learnings that I am able to carry these on to everything else that I do in my life.

You see, I finally know I am successful.  I know I can do this.  It feels great to help people and not only just help them, but know that you are helping them.  Do you know what I mean.  It gives so much more meaning to the word Life Coach.

I understand now the meaning of words and how words can impact on a persons being.  Words are not just words.

So, I have so much more to learn but I love it and my life is never going to be same. It is just an awesome and inspiring feeling that I have.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connecting with students at different stages in their coaching journey
• Liaison with mentors and coaches regarding triads
• Coordination support to facilitators in relation to online classes
• Managing practicum process
• Nurturing students to ensure their needs are always top priority
• Preparation and distribution of student weekly e-newsletter
• Organisation of student pro bono coaching
• Assisting students with general assessment queries
• Responding and actioning student email enquiries
• Conducting PSPS sessions with newly enrolled students
• General student enquiry support
• Managing administrative tasks generated through student support enquiries
• Efficient processing of administrative tasks
• Process student bookings into training events

 Must Haves:

• Computer literacy using Microsoft software package (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Administrative experience

This role provides enormous scope for an energetic, positive and “can-do” Coach to influence and shape how we are perceived by our students.  You’ll need to have the FUN FACTOR, but you’ll also need to be a SUPERSTAR!!  You’ll have the desire to help others (which as a coach, should come easily to you!!), and you’ll need to be focused, dedicated, hard working, have attention to detail, be proactive and all the usual attributes that come along with an admin role.  You will be the one our students can’t wait to speak with!!

I finished the Intake weekend in Sydney on Sunday 30^th May.  My husband and I stayed with friends overnight, and then spent the morning with our daughter and grandkids in Sydney before we came back to Port Macquarie late last night. 

It was off to work at 7.00 a.m. for me this morning.  In the course of my work, I was approached by a nurse (whom I provide some leadership support to in a professional capacity) who asked me to provide her with some private life coaching on a regular basis each fortnight.  This will be my first paid client.  How cool is that?  I have been able to sign up my first paying client on my first day back in my home town and I start being paid as a coach next week!

I met with a pro bono client this afternoon, and I found the knowledge and skills from the Intake weekend very useful in determining the perceptions of my client as she shared her issues with me in our session.  I made some mistakes, and I got it right a few times, but the client left completely happy and I have a lot to reflect on and develop.  I love this new direction in my life.
