The feed-back after our first ‘Breakthrough To Business Success’ seminar event in Brisbane has been HUGE! 100% of the room gave feed-back that it was beyond anything they expected. With delegates that I spoke to personally, the common theme was mind-set and how Sharon Pearson used interactive and new methods to engage their minds to shift to the place where real business success became possible for them. After planning and producing stacks of unique content for the Small Business Mastermind delegates of our Breakthrough To Business Success tour, Shaz couldn’t help herself……”what else could we give these guys?”……… After trying to convince Sharon that she was giving away so much value and high quality content it was time to say halt, to no avail, we came up with some fabulous extra bonus material – and it’s all for FREE. As you read todays news, we have another fabulous group of people in our training room in their Foundations To Coaching Success weekend.

No matter what shape your step may be – At The Coaching Institute, we celebrate YOU as you take it.

Have you ever found yourself day dreaming and wishing for your job, relationship or home to be different than it is? The “when I” place. When I have a new job, I’ll be …….. When I find a partner, I’ll have…….. When I ……… Sound familiar?

Here’s a not well known fact. It can’t be the job, the partner (or lack of) or the environment. When you have a mindset of lack, it tends to follow you. Change the environment and change only superficial layers. A little like shopping makes you feel good, or having a beer with your mates gives you happiness. What happens when the shiny new thing you bought is no longer shiny and new and your mates have gone home?

Happy is mindset. Environments are matter. Happy is a choice. How cool is it that The Coaching Institute is teaching ordinary people to become coaches every day, and handing out the keys to unlock the inner emotions that seem evasive to so many.

Mindset over matter – all day – every day.

I was reflecting back through some scribble notes I took when attending an evening with Deepak Chopra recently. Here are some pearls to reflect upon…….Enjoy!

“The fastest way to be happy is to make others happy, express creativity and have meaning and purpose.”

“Move ego out of the way (E:Edge G:Gratitude O:Out). Say to yourself daily: Who am I? What do I want? What kind of world do I want to live in? What am I grateful for? I am…..I am……I am……”

Deepak has been involved in a Gallop survey of 150 countries and it’s citizens looking for patterns in happiness / health (physical, career, spiritual, social, financial, community). He noted some summary findings of interest: 80% of people in a career are doing ‘stuff’ they don’t enjoy. If your boss ignores you, you disengage by 40%. If your boss is critical of you, you disengage by  20%. If your boss focuses on your strengths, disengagement is less than 1%. There is a direct correlation found between these results and your health.”
