Of course we are delighted that we have contact with our sensational students every day we spend at The Coaching Institute. Part of that connection is checking in on how are students are progressing, and celebrating their success. And a consistent pattern that we notice is when a student is persistent, just keeps turning up and takes action is based on the fact that they have clear goals. And most often, those students that experience far more challenge around completing their studies, obtaining clients and creating success haven’t built the foundations of success through clear goal setting. Having a sense of purpose of why you do what you do is the difference between being successful and being fragmented. If you are clear on what you want to achieve, learn and develop strength in your coaching and business skills will be what links you to the purpose for which you have taken on this journey in the first place. The power of setting goals creates purpose and vision…..take action today. “I believe life is constantly testing us for our level of commitment, and life’s greatest rewards are reserved for those who demonstrate a never-ending commitment to act until they achieve. This level of resolve can move mountains, but it must be constant and consistent. As simplistic as this may sound, it is still the common denominator separating those who live their dreams from those who live in regret.” Anthony Robbins.

For avid readers of Robert Cialdini’s national bestseller Influence, The Psychology of Persuasion, they will certainly reinforce that this book contains absolute gold in terms of understanding marketing and how you can apply these principles in your own business. If you are a student who has recently joined The Coaching Institute, you will no doubt be exposed to the wisdom that Cialdini shares with his readers on the secrets to persuasion such as Automatic Influence and the Law of Reciprocity ( a law so overpowering as it is old and embedded in our society since we first began to use it). In fact, Cialdini states that “The reciprocity rule that empowers…….is too strong and socially beneficial…for us to want to violate it”. It is an excellent read that says much of how we are influenced to buy or not to buy, to trust or not to trust and in fact, this book will assist each student to better understand why people say yes, and how they can apply what they learn to their own market niche. Take the time to read and understand how you can utilise the learning. Share it and discuss it with your coaching colleagues. It is well worth the time it will take to pick it up and make it happen!!!!!!

Just like life, there are beginings and endings in everything. And today we saw the final day of the absolutely sensational Mastermind bonus three day training ‘Your Personal Success’….truly brilliant responses by the participants will be shared with you more over time. And…..drum roll…..we say hello to the participants of our training program ‘How to Put Together Your Workshop’ being held at The Coaching Institute from Thursday 24th March to Sunday 27th March. This program allows our participants to truly step up to a totally new level of expertise and it is always a popular program due to the exceptional level of content and learning…and all in four days! Now….we’re going to leave you with this to ponder……What is one aspect of a gathering of the coaching community that we truly value, as we work through our training programs and maintain connection with like minded people? The answer? It’s the chance to contribute, share and learn from each other that makes these events truly worthwhile.
