| As you know we have this amazing charity that has been extremely active in the back ground of The Coaching Institute and is Making a difference on a massive scale to many different causes
Whilst it’s main role is to support Children both financially and emotionally with coaching we have also done the following in the past few months:
It has grown so fast and it’s for that reason that I am searching for a self motivated go getter – to take on the reigns of this role!! It is a volunteer role and will require an investment of about 20 hours per month to be effective! If you are:

- Recruiting a team of volunteers to help and support you (with our help)
- Recruiting a team of Coaches to coach
- Developing assessment criteria for eligibility of the student
- Developing assessment criteria for the school
- Making contact with 2-3 schools initially to set up the program
- Creating system for all safety checks to be done for coaches to work with children
- Creating a system to put coach and student in contact
- Creating a coaching plan for coaches
- Creating a system to know how many students can be taken on
- Plus much more…
| This is a role that will give a great amount of satisfaction and reward! It’s an opportunity to give back to children using the skills that you have attained through your coaching business. To apply prepare a 1 page plan for the Foundation – what you see is possible – ie the Vision, what you believe the Goals are and then the variety of strategies you would use to achieve those goals.
