Who Are You Being To Get The Results You’re Getting?

So I’m sitting in the back of the Foundations Of Coaching Training Weekend in Sydney today and its taken me back what seems like a hundred years to January 2009 when I walked out of my own intake weekend.

Listening to Joe speak again this morning about who we need to BE to be a great and successful coach… brought me straight back to my roots.

That feeling of self asuredness, confidence and motivation; ready to take on the world!

I left my training weekend ‘being’ a different person, I saw the world differently, I felt different, new almost, and I was certainly not telling myself the same old storythat I had done for years…

My RAS was busy seeking out a new reality.

Thing is, because for most of us our old patterns in life are so ingrained that it takes a little bit of time and effort to fully instill our new belief systems. The way you now see the world is a way of life that is often new to us. This is becuase our RAS is seeking to forge new pathways, new opportunites and new ways of ‘being’.  We must work at it. It is not something that is going to come straight away.

Its my belief, from what I have seen in myself and my experience with others that when we go ‘baack to reality’ it can be easy to get caught up in the old and easy day to day that were were so used to. Our mini-me pops up recurringly and we can get so caught up in ourselves, our self talk, and our limiting beliefs that as time goes by that sometimes we forget the feelings of certainty, assuredness and motivation that we experieced the Sunday afternoon after our first weekend training.

So how do we move through this?

We choose our state, which means we manage ‘who and how we are being”.

You know from NLP that we can choose out state at any time. We can choose to be happy, sad, certain or unsure in any moment.

You also know that your physiology creates your psychology. Sit slumped and looking down talk really slowly you will start to feel feelings of ‘being down’. Stand in front of the mirror and stare at your reflection giving the cheesiest grin you can and you will instantly start to feel a happier, lighter ‘being.’

So armed with this information now how can you change who you are being to get the results you want to get?

Re create your reality now. Go back to a time, it may be for you the Sunday of your intake weekend, when you felt the happiest, most excited moment you can remember.

What are you seeing? What do you feel? What are you telling youself? Really go there, back to that space in time; what do you hear?

How you going? Are you there yet? :)

Now sit up straight, put a smile on your dial, clap your hands 3 times and say “I rock, I am a learning Machine!”

Better!?

You see you can absolutely change your state and therefore your results in any moment.

10 Ways a Facebook Page Helps Your Business!

Howdy!

Continuing you on from my passionate rant about the benefits of Social Media for your business on yesterdays ‘Accelerated Results and Group Accountability’ Class, I thought it would be apt today to share with you some of the key reasons Why I am so passionate about this craze we know as Facebook and How you can use it Now to positively imnpact Your Business!!

Facebook is a social network, it is one of the fastest growing social networking platforms of this era with hundreds of thousands of people logging in every minute to check out what’s going on in the world around them.

So why should a business allocate any resources creating and maintaining a Facebook page? Becuase even if your members have no ‘initial’ intention of ‘buying’ anything from you, the relationships you establish, the community you create and the education value you give here in countless ways will mean you have an underlying trust with your audience, and also a strong degree of credibility.

  1. Capture a broader audience and widen your brand exposure
Creating a Fan Page provides your business and brands with another branding outpost on the Web where prospects, customers, future employees, vendors, and even the media can find information about you and your business and the products and services you provide. Facebook Fan pages are different to your ‘personal profile’ in that they are able to be viewed by every one. This is called ‘public-facing’. This means that your audience or people seeking your services do not need to be logged in to view your fan page -so even more people have access to the information you post.
  2. Drives Traffic to Your Website
Fan Pages have no restrictions on driving Facebook traffic to websites. In fact, Facebook encourages you to link to your website from your business’s Fan Page. Redirecting even a small portion of Facebook’s huge amount of daily traffic to your website could significantly improve the amount of qualified traffic on your site.

3. Improves your SEO

The more content your provide to your audiece and the world wide web surfers the more Google will reward you. Google loves  content that is updates regulary. So by linking your website and facebook together and updating the 2 regularly with new content you will improve your SEO. Likewise, the more people that visit your website the higher your ranking will be on Google.

4. Stack the Free in Your Business

A Facebook Fan Page is Free! In minutes you can have a branded Fan Page where cutomers can and other brand advocates can post to your wall. You can also share photos and video, ask and answer questions, and interact with your community. The other great thing is that managing discussions on a Fan page is easier that launching and monitoring discussion forums or message boards on your own domain.

5. Facebook gives you a direct connection to your raving fans!

Your Fanpage means you have a direct pipeline from you to your fans. In one minute you can send a message to everyone, or target individuals by a range of demographics. You can also advertise your upcoming events! Using the Events App, you can  schedule upcoming events or promotions you have going. The best news is all this and more is Free to your business!!

6. Strengthens the bond – build the relationship spectrum

By having a presence, creating a community and giving your audience valuable content you can significantly deepen your relationship. 90% of your audience may not go to Facebook with the intention of ’shopping’ however they do expect that businesses and organisations have an online presence they can access. By not selling toyour audience and instead giving them content and contact information, when they are ready to ‘make a purchase’ they will feel comfortable with you becuase you have built a relationship based on high value and trust.

7. Bing on the Brand Evangelists

Facebookers do not want to be sold to. Instead they are after high value information, content and/or entertainment. Furthermore facebookers are more likely to recommend or ‘rave’ about a company, brand or product to their Facebook Friends when they perceive it to be of ‘value’. If oyu establish strong relationships with a number of vocal or influential ‘fans’  who themselves have plenty of connections you can gain valuable brand evangelists who authentically market and sell on your behalf.

8. Listening and observing has the potential to improve your business

Each time a fan interact with your page you are presented with a wealth of information. This is becuase over a social media platform as opposed to face to face, your market is more inclined to share with you information about products and services they like, good and bad experiences they’ve had and their unfulfilled needs. This information is invaluable to your business becuase it means you can gather information and evidence to improve your business its products and services.

9. Analyse your market and become a better business

Facebook provides a lot of tools known as page insights that can be used for market analysis. The Page Insights dashboard can facilitate the analysis of marketing and communication by revealing data related to interactions on your Facebook Fanpage. (Comments, Wall posts, and “Likes”); discussed posts, reviews, and mentions; Fan demographics (gender, ages, geographic location/distribution);etc. These tools mean you can develop custom information for your audience, generate talking points they are actually interested in and support even more your businesses word of mouth growth opportunities.

10. Its Fun!

Still not convinced a Fan Page is worth setting up? Think pof it as an opportunity to learn something new, to challenge and stretch yourself, while providing your audience with even more value and opportunity to connect with you. It free, and its Fun!

One more thing…. think about this, what would be one little piece of action you could take today that would bring you one step closer to Accelerating your business even more? Take an hour to take some action and stake your free claim early to establish your business as the industry leader before the competition has a chance.

Ways To Identify Your Brand!

A business without a brand is like being lost in the woods without a compass. Developing a compelling brand gives your business focus and direction, and enables you to target your ideal audience.

  1. Your Calling Card Think of a catchy, easy-to-understand name that says something about what you do. Really when naming your business it should incorporate who you are (your character – more on that another time), what you do (your content) and who you service (your community). Your brand is your hook. Are you the friendly fruiterer, the hip startup, the cutting edge guy or the cooking diva? Match your name with what you do.
  2. What makes you memorable? It could be your reliability, great customer service or your friendly attitude. Work to become known for at least one trait.
  3. Define your niche. Who is your target market? What is the value you provide? “Trying to be something to everyone is not the answer. Just like going from the G.P. to the Specialist (I know, you have heard it before!) When you go to a specialist you know what to expect from them in terms of a service, and because they are the expert you are also prepared to wait longer to see them and of course pay more to see them. Marketing to everyone who could possibly buy your products or services, will water down your message, and actually repel potential clients,”  For example, Martha Stewart targets women and homemakers. Steve Jobs? The hip and cool computer user.
  4. Create a customer experience. Your customers will evaluate your brand by the entire experience they have with your business from the first point of contact. What does the experience you create say about your brand?Incorporated in this is your presentation, certainty in your offer, communication, delivery and follow up. Be the person worth recommending!
  5. Determine your unique selling position. What is your compelling argument on why a customer should buy from you? Ideally it should solve a key problem faced by your target market. For example The Coaching Institute is the only NLP based school in Australasia, with the most face to face training, most accreddited and only award winning. Are you getting the picture??

Start with these baby steps and you’re well on your way to identifying your brand!

The Leadership Traits You Can’t Do Without

I was thinking today about leadership. What is it that attracts us to certain leaders? What is it about them that makes them so charismatic, so appealing? You know the ones, it’s as if they have a magnetic pulling power that keeps us wanting to learn more and more about them and hear more and more of their message.

One thing I’ve noticed is that our affiliation with certain leaders will change during certain times in our life.  Whether we are at a certain point in our personal development, business,  or awareness or are we simply attracting the right people at the right time.  These things play a definite part in a leaders appeal, however, I do believe that there are certain positive traits that  we unconsciously seek in a leader. Positive traits the we should endeavor to embody on our journey to become a leader ourselves.

To me these traits could be the difference between you being a good leader and a great leader…. something to think about…

1. Be a Leader who is accountable to themselves and others. I know from personal experience, that I respect and trust those leaders who do what they say when they say they are going do it.

I also can say that from modeling this trait, my business and personal relationships have gone from strength to strength because they are built on a foundation of trust. People know I say what I mean.  I also believe that the first person we must be accountable to is ourselves!

2. Communicate with Certainty. Powerful communication comes from within. As a leader your audience needs to know that we will be there to support them, guide them, and lead them in moments of darkness. A great leader shows certainty in all they do and within that certainty others find faith.

In order to be able to communicate powerfully through certainty a great leader must be certain within themselves. They back themselves and their actions 100%.

Understanding the power of this makes great leaders because what we say to ourselves on a daily basis is reflected in our actions and the way we communicate with others.  Our certainty in ourselves enables us to know what we want and why we want it, is step one to communicating our wants, desires and goals to others.

3. Transparency and 100% Honest Communication is vital to being a leader. A great leader is one who stays true to their values and beliefs. True leaders are not willing to compromise their principles just to prove a point or to make more money.

4.Great Leaders strive toward Greatness, not Perfection. The saying goes ‘people who aim for perfection actually have no standards’ because who defines perfection? And what is the definition by which it can ever be attained? Perfectionism is a major deterrent for growth and progress because decisions are often delayed and the stagnation means it takes longer to move on when something turns out wrong.

A leader who strives for greatness  understands that decisions need to be made in order to build momentum and drive growth. Leaders striving for greatness are responsive and move swiftly through roadblocks thereby averting bigger roadblocks down the track.

Personally, I want to follow and emulate someone who is going for greatness.  I’m looking to model my success strategies on someone who understands that excellence is a greater success tool than perfection.

5. Great leaders focus on the solution rather than the problem. Leaders that say ‘How can I’ rather than being caught up in the challenge or the obstacle they are faced with are by definition, solution-oriented.  Rather than giving up or becoming frustrated a great leader moves ‘through’ a problem. Being able to think clearly and logically when faced with a challenge is a powerful leadership trait – wise decisions and empowering choices are huge keys to success.

These are the key traits I’m modeling to achieve success in my life, for me, they’ve been the difference that makes the difference.

Action or Self Delusion – It’s your choice…

Knowledge fueled by emotion equals action. Action is the ingredient that ensures results. Only action can cause reaction. Further, only positive action can cause positive reaction.

Action. The whole world loves to watch those who make things happen, and for those who make things happen  it rewards them because that action is causing waves of productivity that stem far beyond your comprehension.

I stress this because today I see many people who are really sold on affirmations. Affirmations are great as a tool to create action and to be a source of inspiration, however “destiny is not a matter of chance, it is a matter of choice; it is not a thing to be waited for it is a thing to be achieved.”

So affirmations are great when they are repeated to reinforce a disciplined plan, affirmations can help create very strong and positive neural pathways of self belief.

The catch is there is also a very thin line between faith and waiting, wishing and hoping. And you know that these are the three saboteurs of success.  You see, affirmations without action can be the beginnings of self-delusion. And for your well-being, and ultimate success, there is nothing worse than self-delusion.

So the man who dreams of wealth, yet through inaction walks daily toward certain financial disaster, or the woman who wishes for happiness, and yet fails to manage her state and her behavior has a one way ticket toward despair. Both are falling into the trap of false hope that affirmations without actions can create.

Why is this I hear you ask? Because words can sooth, they lull us into a false sense of security therefore complacency. To avoid this remember: To make progress, you must actually get started!

The key is to take a step today.

Whatever the project, start today.

Start clearing out a drawer of your newly organized desk—today. Start setting your first goal—today. Start listening to motivational programs—today (and make sure you are completing the exercises along the way). Start a sensible weight-reduction plan—today.

That’s the easy stuff to get you started…. If you really want to step it up then…

Make that phone call to the touch client you have been putting off—today. Start putting away 10% of your income to save for your financially free future – today. Decide that you will stop pleasing others and finally commit to one thing that makes you happy and fulfilled – today.

Get some momentum going. Motion causes e-motion so through taking little pieces of action you will feel great and you will see the results of your better life because you will have changed your focus to what lies ahead and how you can get there.

How many small pieces of action can you take for you today that will break you away from the downward pull of gravity? Set yourself to full throttle and show yourself that the wishing, waiting and hoping is a thing of the past and that faith with action is the new modern!

It’s a new day, a new beginning for your new life. With discipline, you will be amazed at how much progress you’ll be able to make. What have you got to lose except the guilt and fear of the past?

Now, I offer you this challenge: See how many reference points for success you can collect as you take the little pieces of action towards your most successful future today!

9 Steps To Realising: There Is More To Starting A Business Than Money!

So we all know the value of having capital behind us when we are wanting to start a business right? Everyone talks about how it is so important blah blah blah….. but I bet you also know, or at least have heard of someone who has started with absolutely no capital and made fortunes!

Ok ok, so I hear you say yes Kim we have (Richard Branson is someone if you don’t have one yet)… but how did they do it??

Well that my friend is what I am here to share with you, because I believe there are more valuable things to your entrepreneurial success that just capital…

1. Time
Time is more valuable than capital. Time is the most valuable asset we’ve got. You can’t share it, save it, borrow it, stop it…. time is always ticking, we have about 300 000 +/- hours in our lifetime and once that’s gone that’s it. So the time you set aside to invest in your enterprise should be invested wisely.

Time properly invested is worth a fortune; Time wasted is worth nothing. So with smart investment we now have Capital Time.

2. Desperation
This creates the ultimate leverage for action. Those people you know (of course no one reading this blog) who may be investing in procrastination…. Desperation is the quickest way to get out of it.

A client of mine recently who was starting her own business said “Kim I can’t afford to put food on my table I’ve got to make this work.” My clients first ‘real’ investment into her business was desperation. So that was what it took to create the leverage my client needed to take action and invest her time smartly in her business. She decided in that moment of desperation that it was more painful to stay ‘hungry’ than to take action in her business.

She now has a successful retail store where she provides exceptional service day after day to her happy clientelle. Best of all she is happy… and well fed!

Desperation can be a powerful incentive. When you say, “I must.”

3. Determination
Determination says I will. So when at first desperation makes you act, when it makes you say “I must do it now” what happens when you hit a road block or an obstacle? They are inevitable, so what happens then? Now what must you invest?

4. Courage
Courage is more valuable than capital. If you’ve only got $1 and a lot of courage, I’m telling you, you’ve got a good future ahead of you. Courage in spite of the circumstances, because it only shows up when we need it, in the moment… it’s not getting posted to us!

Humans can do the most incredible things no matter what happens. We have all heard the stories haven’t we?

Stories where human beings have overcome unbelievable tragedy through their courage and determination.  It’s humans. You can’t sell humans short. Courage in spite of, not because of, but in spite of.

So now that you have overcome adversity by pushing through here’s what comes next…

5. Ambition
“Wow! So now you’ve overcome one hurdle, you can over come another, because you now have reference points for success. You start to notice the small wins, you start to believe and become driven by your dreams and goals for your future.

6. Faith

So now you believe you’ve got something to offer. You start to believe in yourself. “Oh my I’m going to pull this off!” the self talk gets better, more positive. An investment in your self esteem is unmatched by any other.

What if you had a thriving business? A million dollars? But you had no faith?

You’d be poor. You wouldn’t be rich. There is would be no richness in your life. So build up to it, acknowledge it, and have a little faith!

Now here is the next one, the thing that breeds millionaires…

7. Ingenuity
Putting your brains to work. Probably up until now, you’ve put about 1/10 of your brainpower to work. What if you employed the other 9/10? You can’t believe what can happen. Humans can come up with the most intriguing things to do. Ingenuity. What’s ingenuity worth? A fortune. It is more valuable than money. All you need is a $1 and plenty of ingenuity. Figuring out a way to make it work, make it work, make it work.

8. Heart and Soul
What is a substitute for heart and soul? It’s not money. Money can’t buy heart and soul. Heart and soul is more valuable than a million dollars. A million dollars without heart and soul, you have no life. You are ineffective. But, heart and soul is like the unseen magic that moves people, moves people to buy, moves people to make decisions, moves people to act, moves people to respond.

Heart and soul is what makes you your business!

9. Personality

So you’ve got plenty of personality, so lets spice it up a little. You’ve go to get your personality to a point where it can be at home anywhere. Develop it in such a way, by managing your state and your mindset, so that it is effective every day. No matter who you connect with, a child or a business person, a rich person or a poor person.
I like to call this behavioral flexibility. And as you know – the law of requisitevariety states “the person with the most flexibilty controls the system.”

So get it developed so you can communicate and connect with anyone, anywhere, this means you have the opportunity to have a unique relationship with whomever you meet. Quite important if you are in business I would imagine?

And lastly, let’s not forget charisma and sophistication. Charisma with a touch of humility. This entire list is more valuable than money. With one dollar and the list I just gave you, the world is yours. It belongs to you, whatever piece of it you desire whatever development you wish for your life. I’ve given you the secret. Capital. The kind of capital that is more valuable than money and that can secure your future and fortune.

Remember -you have everything you need within you right NOW to be a success.

Obstacles are those things we notice when we take our eyes off our goals…

An obstacle, if we allow it is something that can stand in our way, oppose us and hold up our progress. I’ll say it again… If we allow it.

Realistically we know that life is filled with roadblocks, challenges and obstacles. It is how we handle these obstacles that determines if we go forward, stay where we are or may be even slip backwards.

Here are 6 steps to overcoming obstacles:

1. Make time to sit down and describe in detail the obstacle or challenge you’re currently facing. You can’t overcome an obstacle or challenge if you are not exactly clear what you’re trying to overcome. Write your description with as much detail and emotion as possible.

2. Break your obstacle into bite-sized pieces. Look at the big picture and then break the obstacle into smaller pieces. Fine-tuning the individual elements of an obstacle can make it become more manageable. **Remember: The only way to eat an elephant? One bite at a time!

3. Prioritize each of the smaller bite-sized pieces. On a scale of 1-10 (with 10 being most important) how would you rank or rate the emotional, physical, spiritual or financial importance of each of these bite-sized pieces?

4. Looking at these prioritized pieces, write out a plan of action for overcoming the obstacle. It’s time to form a step-by step plan for taking positive action. ** You can use your goal setting E Book for this. If you haven’t received your copy email timetoact@thecoachinginstitute.com.au

5. Decide how and when you’re willing to put your plan into action. Develop a time frame in which you will handle this obstacle. Will it take a week, month, year or longer? Give yourself a beginning date and a completion date. Decide how you can and will consistently work your plan.

6. Keep track of the results. Reward yourself for each positive accomplishment along the way. Periodically analyze your progress and when necessary reevaluate your plan of action. The biggest benefit of celebrating small accomplishments is that you start to build reference points for success. So next time you come to an obstacle you are armed with much more confidence, certainty and self belief.

When you truly understand the obstacle and how you are allowing it to affect your life, you are coming from a place of personal power.

If you are finding some obstacles in your business this is completely normal. Book your Accelerated Results and Group Accountability class in your diary – the next one is Wednesday 24th February 12-1pm – so you can have your most pressing business questions answered.

Email your questions to Kim on action@thecoachinginstitute.com.au

Love to hear your feedback once you have put this one into action!

The Greatest Gift That One Generation Can Give To Another…

I thought I would share a little inspiration with you today…

Stemming from the idea that one of the greatest gifts one generation can give another is the wisdom it has gained from experience.

I read today in a book called “Wisdom” a portrait of a man who was truly an inspirational leader to many, who led with wisdom and changed the lives of many who listened to him. His name was Nelson Mandella.

What I read really resonated with me as a coach and as a human being and I wanted to share it with you and see if it has the same effect for you. Now of course I am paraphrasing what he is saying… but I think you will get the idea.

“A good head and a good heart are always a formidable combination.”

There are few misfortunes in this world that you cannot turn into a personal triumph if you have the iron will and necessary skill.

It is what we make out of what we have, not what we are given that separates one person from another.

Wounds that can’t be seen are more painful than those that can be seen and cured by a doctor.

I learned that Courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. I felt fear myself more times than I can remember, but I hid it behind a mask of boldness… The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers fear.

If my experience means anything to the world at large, I hope that it is in having demonstrated that where people of goodwill get together and transcend their differences for the common good, peaceful and just solutions can be found even for those problems which seem most intractable.

Language Creates Your Reality

Language Creates Your Reality

If only I had learnt years ago that what I say to myself and others would shape my life. I know that alot of my choices would have been so different. My language was filled with “it’s too hard” and “I can’t do it” and “I’ll do it later”… but later never came

What I didn’t know was that by using this sort of language I was actually shaping my life myself into something that I did not want to be, Negative. People around me were avoiding me because unintentionally I was giving off negative vibes that unconsciously they were picking up on.

There came a day when it hit me. When I finally realised that something has to change. I remember hearing somewhere that your language creates your reality… Well my reality isn’t exactly ideal right now I thought, so I dug a little deeper into that statement and that’s when all the pieces finally come together.

I remember the day I read a quote … I read lots of quotes but this one hit home… I got it!

“If you say you CAN or you say you CAN’T you are right”

Yes it sounds simple…but it took some practice to get this to become part of my everyday language and part of my everyday thinking. You see what I found when I dug a little deeper was that what you tell yourself and others on a consistent basis become your reality. So it began.

Little by little I started by changing a few words at a time in my language from positive to negative.

Instead of being Angry I Was Disenchanted.

Rather than being Afraid…  I was aware of unfamiliarity

I no longer say I can’t. My new vocabulary now only allows me to say… “What if I could” ‘How can I”

You see Awareness is the key. You know what they say , awareness is 90% of the journey  I became aware and changed my positive to negative words immediately.

The difference is amazing. In a short time, People are commenting on the way my views have changed to the positive. Now I have a new found sense of belief.

The positive results are flowing through all parts of my life. And because I’m aware now and open to the opportunities that are presenting them, I am experiencing unbelievable success.

Now here’s an inside tip if you really want to step up to another level. Really feel the words you are saying…don’t hold back if you are experiencing a moment in time … really live it, and language it that way.

  • Today I am awesome
  • That work is brilliant
  • I did a sensational job on that piece of work.

How good does that feel when you say it like that?

I then started having some fun to and changing my positive words to more positive words… this is fun. It changed the way a felt on a daily basis… here is what I mean.

Good   to      AWESOME

Fine    to      FABOULUS

Like     to     LOVE

By living doing this it really has made a difference in how I now experience my life.

I know fully appreciate that our words describe our experiences which became our reality. I am aware, positive and I am better for it.

Best of it is the simplest things we do consistently that make the biggest difference.

I Want It! Why Cant I Get It?

What you focus on is what you get!

Right….

What On Earth does that mean?

I was told that years ago by an old baseball coach of mine I listened and got it. I got it so much that I made the state team and received plenty of awards. So yes I was good at baseball.

You see “old Norm” (my Baseball coach) was actually a Life coach and he was a great mentor to me. He was one of those blokes that if you followed what he said…it just happened!

I still remember that defining moment…It was grand final day, 35 degree heat and I was just not motivated…Norm saw this and walked up to me and said “forget what your head says just focus on the ball at all times…that’s it” he said.

I took on his advice I focused like never before. The opposition pitcher was throwing at 90miles an hour… I listened to the advice and guess what?…First pitch of the game I hit the ball right out of the park. I was seeing the ball like a watermelon… really…it was amazing.

So I got it in baseball… I was getting cool results!

But I wasn’t getting cool results in other parts of my life.

It wasn’t till later that I really got it when I started putting it into practice with life in general.

You see I started acting as ‘as if’ I already had it. The amazing thing was I started getting results just as I did in Baseball…

And now the results are happening in all parts of my life.

So here’s what I did!

I looked at the parts of my life I was getting cool results.

I then used that attitude and put it into parts of my life that wasn’t going so well.

I started focusing on the end result… The desired outcome.

You see Norm always helped us see the big picture and work hard on the tiny steps that got us winning title after title.

He was teaching us that by taking the small action steps at training that would lead us to the desired outcome…

So now I don’t say “Man that would be nice if… Blah Blah”

I Say “When I get this, how cool will it be ” and always have that level of focus.

Enjoy…

Stay Tuned…. tomorrow I’ll talk about ‘Your Language Creates Your Reality’
