    Hi Sharon, I get what you are saying totally. I am on the intake weekend 21st May and after only a few days of reading and working on myself, I found myself (unconsciously) using the GROW model on a service station attendant. You can imagine there was not much time to do this and when others needed to pay for petrol, I left and I know that the attendant was craving more!! It was amazing. The only thing I gave really was a little bit of my time and some knowledge I had just been exposed to. I was soooo happy with myself when I realised I had been using the GROW model unconsciously. I know when I go for my petrol again that the attendance will be wanting more chat time with me.
