I often get asked about my favorite thing with being part of the family here at The Coaching Institute and today I get to share with you exactly what it is… It’s about feeling like I am making a contribution to something bigger than me… making a difference on a grand scale….I guess its about really feeling like I’m part of something special – does that make sense?
Well today I get to share a small part of what that “special” is……
As part of The Coaching Institute Foundation we have underwritten the rescue of every mistreated Bear in Asia and today we got the brilliant news that we have saved 4 more bears in Vietnam!! This latest rescue was caught on camera for a documentary being released next year and highlights the appalling conditions these wonderful animals have to exist in..
The Good News Email..
Hi Sharon,
I was hoping to have some news to send through before Christmas, and here it is….four more bears rescued in VN yesterday. Sorry its been such a wait!
The film maker is from Sydney and he is working on a documentary which will be released next year so great timing that he was there to capture everything on film.
Best wishes,
Anne
Dear All,

>> Yesterday (21/11), Kirsty, Tuan Bear W, Tuan B, Martin Guiness (Film
maker from Fox Studio) went to Soc Son Rescue Centre to rescue 2 adult moon bears and 2 moon bear cubs. The adult bears was a mercy rescue as one of the bear has a terrible skin condition (pls see pic) and Soc Son has requested our help in taking both bears (they’ve been together since cub). The 2 moon bear cubs were confiscated from Quang Ninh province on their way to China with Olive (Sun bear cub) few months ago and because of politics the cubs were transferred to Soc Son instead of us and since their arrival at Soc Son we’ve been providing Soc Son with special milk powder and guidance on how to look after them. They’re proximately 20kg and very cute!. We finally received clearance from Hanoi Municipal Govt for their release.
