Hi Coach or Coach to be…!
This week has been action packed. I popped in to share the success of the “How To Run A Successful Workshop” graduation ceremony with our newest group of graduates on Saturday. To see their confidence and fluent language as many of them took turns to share their gratitude and excitement of the mountain they had just conquered, was testament indeed to the quality of the training and the commitment of the group. I managed to observe a third of the room go through their final presentations… flawless. There was beautiful trainer’s stance and engaging material. I even heard one presenter make “how to skull a beer” sound like an educational experience not to be missed!

Congratulations to you all. I look forward to hearing from you as you report your ongoing success from utilizing this training.
One more of the ‘ah ha’ moments (there were a number of them) at this event for me was when watching the final crew debrief at the end of the last training day. So many thoughts went through my head. How grateful The Coaching Institute is to have such amazing coaches within our community who constantly give back to other students as they go through their journey; how much value the crew reaped from the crew experience, as they took away even more distinctions of the training, (no chunks are taken in how to present a successful workshop for these guys), and how the crew experience is so much more than the training itself. It is the support of the coaches who are still facing their own boundary conditions of personal development, and assisting them to step through into a new boundary.

This was a high calibre crew (as they always are) that rocked the house. As with all of our trainings, the crew are the engine room that create the success on the day. They support the trainer, the students and each other. Let’s take a moment to celebrate and thank all of our amazing coaching crews for all of our events. THANK YOU.
