Felicity is a specialist in communications with more than 25 years experience in human resources, corporate affairs, journalism and investor relations. She has worked with individuals, teams and departments across all types of business; privately owned, not-for-profit organisations, local and national franchises and for leading Australian ASX-listed companies, including Wesfarmers and Woodside.

Felicity has a Master of Businesses Administration, a Bachelor of Arts (Journalism) and is a trained teacher in English as a Second Language. She is a qualified NLP Practitioner and graduate of TCI’s Trainers and Public Speaking Skills program. A member of the International Coach Federation, Felicity is currently active in the professional association serving as ICFA Vice President (WA Chapter).
