We are looking for outstanding INTAKE MENTORS – if you think you have what it takes, you must have a minimum of 6 months of coaching, with a strong sense of business and a minimum of 5 paying clients. The role includes monthly group mentoring of an intake weekend for at least six months. Evenings, definitely, and handling occasionally emails in-between - you're their champion! Most questions are about their business and getting it cranked up.

Announcement 2-05-2007: First ever TCI Mentor Excellence Award! 

We think it is important to recognize excellence at every opportunity!  The TCI Mentor Excellence Award does this for our dedicated and committed Mentors.  There are 2 categories are Outstanding Coach and the “Extra Mile” Coach awards.  All you have to do is nominate a Mentor you think is either Outstanding as a Mentor and/or goes the “Extra Mile” for their Mentees and provide a paragraph explaining your reasons for nominating your exemplary Mentor.  The TCI Mentor Excellence Award will be given out 6 monthly.  The selected Mentors will receive an Excellence trophy, certificate and cash reward (Outstanding Mentor receives $1000 and “Extra Mile” Mentor $750) Send your nominations to studentsupport@thecoachinginstitute.com.au by 28 May 2007.  Awards will be announced in June 2007.

Announcement 2-05-2007: Mentor Certificates 

Hey Mentors!  Mentor Certificates are available to Mentors who have completed 60 hours of mentoring and have between 5/10 Mentee Feedback forms.  To receive a Senior Mentor Certificate you must have completed 120 hours of mentoring and have between 5/10 Mentee Feeback forms.  If you’re up for it, let me know.  TCI would love to give you a Mentor Certificate to display in your home or office.  Add more credibility to your practice and get a Mentor Certificate!  Clients love seeing lots of Certificates displayed.

You can now submit a recording of your own coaching session for your Skills Assessment, which means you can submit your very best effort! we accept CD's, tapes, videos and DVD's. Your session needs to be between 30 & 45 minutes long.
