Privacy Policy
The Coaching Institute collects personal information
about students to:
a) Enrol them on our training database in order
to maintain records required under Recognised Training
Organisation guidelines.
b) Administer and manage professional and in-house
qualifications and training/ development activities
and achievements.
c) Facilitate the operations of the training department.
d) Provide records to internal and external auditors
for the purpose of conducting our business.
Students are entitled (subject to legislation) to
access a copy of the personal information we hold
on them at anytime. All requests to access personal
information should be made in writing to the Responsible
Officer.
Any requests for amendments to be made to the information
we hold, as a result of our information being inaccurate,
incomplete or out of date will be made within 48
hours of receipt of written notification from the
student.
Questions or concerns about personal information
should be directed to the Responsible Officer.
As part of our business requirements and/or in providing
personal information for audit purposes, TCI training
department may disclose information to;
a) Regulatory Authorities for the purposes of reporting
and auditing.
b) Third party service providers (such as mentors).
c) Any staff member of TCI whether in Australia
or overseas.
d) Institutions nominated by the student.
e) Mail houses (only for the purposes of sending
TCI mail) and archive companies.
We will only disclose personal information to these
parties for the primary purpose for which it is collected.
In some circumstances TCI is entitled to disclose
personal information to third parties without authorisation,
such as law enforcement agencies or government authorities
to protect our interests or to report legal activities.
