Ryan thank-you so much for sharing your story with us, how long have you been a part of The Coaching Institute (TCI) now? Just over a year now, it’s gone so fast!
And can you tell us a little bit about what this Journey has meant for you?
It’s funny, when I first came I really aimed to be an outstanding trainer and to be delivering content to rooms. Since I have been here though, the ripple effect in my life has been so much greater than just that goal. So it’s meant that I’ve also become a better husband, a better father, a better friend, son, brother; it’s been much more than I ever dreamed it could be. I went into full time coaching May 2016 and it’s been the best decision I ever did.
I ended my job up in April and made the decision to really commit to myself and my coaching. Being able to put into practice the basic principals we learn here at TCI helped me to transition. “Saying yes, then work out how” and “Embracing Uncertainty” learning’s that we gain from the trainings, applying them into my life and choices to make a difference in this world.

What are your goals for 2017?
I have set myself a target of earning $200k by December 31st next year and I am really confident I will achieve that. I actually intend to smash that target.
If you had an opportunity to speak to someone just starting this journey and choose one thing that worked for you, what would it be?
It’s about saying yes to you. I deliberated around the decision to join, not really knowing what it was that I would be gaining from being here. The amount of value I have been given from TCI has been phenomenal.
The decision to say yes to myself was based on such a small expectation on what I would receive and I have been blown away. For the amount of time I have spent here and the money I have invested its mind blowing what I get back in return, I am in awe of how generous TCI is.
Until you say yes to yourself, you will never start this journey. That was key for me; I decided for once in my life it was going to be my time. Noticing the difference in my life now, I am so glad I made that decision.
