Before joining The Coaching Institute (TCI), I was already working as a coach and mentor with a range of qualifications including NLP, hypnosis and other alternate therapies while running a successful consulting business. So why did I join TCI? I joined TCI to broaden my education with a highly reputable school and it provided me with the international recognition through the International Coach Guild (ICG).
After making contact with the TCI team and learning what the Meta Dynamics™ education had to offer me, I was sold and signed up immediately. Having Meta Dynamics™ under my belt would allow me to broaden my knowledge and skillset further to offer more sophisticated and effective services to my clients.
During my training through Meta Dynamics™ I and II, I found I was ahead in learning the fundamentals through other courses I completed however it provided me with a great opportunity to refresh my knowledge. What I benefited most from Meta Dynamics™ I and II was being able to use the tools that I already had under my belt in a different way. What really changed me after the course was Meta Dynamics™ III in Facilitation Training. This course blew me away whereby in five days I was able to change my old thinking around teaching and running workshops that I had used for over twenty years and gave me new skills to deliver more effective and engaging training through facilitation.
The team was very supportive and allowed me to slowly build up my confidence and skills to become a dynamic facilitator and be able to interact and engage with every energy type in the group.
After completing Meta Dynamics™ III, my first facilitation gig was to deliver procurement and contract management training to State Government. With a new perspective and approach to delivering training, on my first training session I ditched the 192 PowerPoint slides and massive folder of manuals for a list of key topics that I had to cover and started to facilitate and engage the room to learn and it has been a positive experience for both myself and my trainees. After six months of facilitation, I have now accrued over 3000 hours with more days of facilitation to go for the same client due to the enthusiastic reviews from my trainees.
