Sharon Pearson established TCI as a way to assist future coaches to receive the level of training they need to be successful in a competitive marketplace. Since a first student intake of just 9 students, TCI has gone on to train over 220 students, as well deliver Coaching for Managers training throughout the world for organisations.

In just three years TCI has become the leading provider of coach training in Australia, offering the only Diploma of Life Coaching that is nationally accredited. TCI was selected as the winner of the 2006 Telstra business awards, winning the Victorian Micro-business category. As the resident life coach on Channel 10, Sharon appeared regularly on the national show, 9am with David & Kim throughout 2006 offering insights and tips for its viewers.

As well as years of experience, Sharon’s skills are built on and backed with an extensive specialist education. She is a Bachelor of Commerce, Majoring in Personnel and Human Resource Management. She’s a qualified NLP Master Practitioner and Trainer, and also a Master in Ericksonian Hypnosis – a claim not just anyone can make. On top of these Sharon has qualifications as a Master Coach, a Certificate IV in Life Coaching, a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training and a Diploma in Freelance Journalism.
