I started my journey with The Coaching Institute the end of July 2011 and within 2 months got 20 paying clients at $300.00 per hour.  Since completing just the first week of NLP Master Practitioner Training in November 2011 I now have a monthly income of $65000.00.

I am still operating as a generalist coach and moving into sales and interpersonal relationships with executives as a niche.  I am currently working with 60 clients in one-on-one sessions and work 6-7 hours a day with clients.   I am now charging $1000.00 per hour a month and have people lined up until February 2012.

Before NLP Master Practitioner it would take me a long time to reach a result and even after NLP practitioner I wasn’t sure how to put it all together.  Now, I know how it all fits together and can get to a result FAST.  Master Practitioner has helped me to build my confidence as a coach and really adds value to my clients because they are now making the changes for transformation.  Master Practitioner really has been a turning point in my coaching journey.

Before this training I was only getting results for my clients on the issues they brought to the table.  Now, their seeing results in the way of a full life transformation.  This is GREAT!  They get more then they came for and I am now getting referrals on a consistent basis.

I am always asking myself “What would I do if I knew I couldn’t fail?” and this thinking has served me really well.  Also I can attribute my success to the concept of “Modelling Excellence”.  I have learned even more about modelling in Master Practitioner.

The next thing I’m working on is bringing my coaching to an international level by getting into multi-national companies and working in the sales and inter-relationships areas.  Right now I’m targeting Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia.

The Coaching Institute really feeds a hunger to grow and learn and the tools I have learned in the trainings have consistently transported me to another level.  My original goal when I first started with The Coaching Institute was to get two paying clients by the end of this year.  I could not imagine that I would be here!
