Years before, as part of my fourth (or fifth?) attempt to ‘get it together’, I embarked on a ‘positive thinking’ journey...

Feel insecure? Switch your thinking. 
Feel self-doubt? Take action. 
Feel sad? Change your thinking.

It was awesome. No need to worry about feeling sad, or worried, or fearful. Just focus on feeling certain, in a ‘peak state’ of readiness, and passion.

I could do that!

Business was booming. Clients were queuing. I was hiring my team. Expanding the business. Interviews came. I was quoted in books.

It was fun. Exciting. Rewarding in so many ways.

I was in control, on top of things. I could obsess, worry, and work on every single problem I wanted to. This was how defined heaven.

With this, my quest began. I sought to answer questions I’d never considered before…

And this is the basis for this journey we’re about to take together, through this book.
