The Coaching Institute was the Perfect Fit
In early 2015 I became curious to know more about coaching and quickly found myself on one of Matt Lavars' magnificent discovery webinars.

In early 2015 I became curious to know more about coaching and quickly found myself on one of Matt Lavars' magnificent discovery webinars.
OMG – The connection was immediate. Meeting what I now know to be everyone of my “core needs”.
To say that weekend was a journey of self discovery, would not come close to what I discovered about myself, others and life in general… It was one of the most energizing weekends of my life.
I attribute many things to my current level of success and passion...The Coaching Institute for supporting me to say yes, giving me EVERYTHING I needed in terms of knowledge, training, the support via WOW (Student support team), and the tools to grow.
Working part time in psychiatry and had been doing so for 31 years. Loving the people I had the privilege to support, but disliking the “System” and industry somewhat.
I had recently become a single mother of 3 after a 31yr relationship ended and had many gaps that needed filling.
I had become dissatisfied with psychiatry and often wondered why I had stayed for so long…
It was a moment of realization as Joe Pane took us through the Core Needs of every individual that I had my light bulb moment. .. The reason I had stayed doing psychiatry was, it met every one of my core needs beautifully.
Finally I understood and had previously beaten myself up believing I should have been elsewhere and that I was stale…. I now have absolute acceptance of why I’m there.
My business is: Circle Of Life : Coaching
My Motto is “Passing the positive forward”
My big WHY is “Generational Change”
One of my most rewarding moments was sharing my new passion and business with a beautiful woman, whom I had supported 17yrs previously when she experienced severe Post Natal Depression. I gave her a business card and she called 2 weeks later, leaving a message.
The message had urgency around it and desperation in her voice. I hesitated to call her back in my new role of coach mentor fearing she was actually in need of psychiatric support once again.
It would not have been ethical to take her as a coaching client if she were in need of psychiatric care.
When I asked why she had called, she said she’d been to many Psychiatrists and psychologist’s since our first meeting 17yrs prior and she trusted me the most.
The Coaching Institute was the perfect fit and very complimentary to what I had been doing, why reinvent the wheel I say. I had become dissatisfied with psychiatry and often wondered why I had stayed for so long…
My plans for the future are to run workshops for parents. To share some wonderful insights, that I wished I had available starting out as a new parent.
Combining the workshops with antenatal classes will complete my high desire to support families and endeavor to make positive experiences for new parents so they can be the best parents…… I will be a Parent Mentor.
My instinct to back myself knowing I wanted more. Taking action and saying “yes”, when my fears were at their highest - stepping forward into my fear of failure and facing it head on.
The Coaching Institute for supporting me to say yes, and giving me EVERYTHING I needed in terms of knowledge, training, the support via WOW (Student support team), and the tools to grow.
The course is challenging in the most magnificent way. I believed I was not capable of studying and learning prior to beginning my studies. My lack of self confidence in my academic skills was high.
Meta Dynamics™ changed everything and I am now a magnificent “one time learner”
In January 2016 I secured a contract with the local shire – Providing Supervision to the local Maternal and Child Health Nurses…. I will be delivering what they think they need and then over time giving what they actually need. I had my first session in March and introduced them to the core needs…. How magnificent is this Career path.
Jackie felt that she did not fit into the 'system' of psychiatry/psychology but wished to continue helping others. Through The Coaching Institute she learned skills that assisted her in becoming a Parent Mentor and in working towards her main goal which is 'generational change'.
