Thanks to my discovery of the newfound world of coaching and human behaviour, I have been able to recognise and acknowledge my strengths.
When I was 14, I had cancer, and skipped about a year of school. Treated for 9 months, rehab, I got back to school and dropped out of year 11.
When I left school, I was holding on to my cancer experience and I was drinking away the pain. I didn’t like much of anything, I drank every weekend, and didn’t do much with my time.

My first training with The Coaching Institute (TCI) was in January of 2018 at a free live event. At the time, I had been getting coached a few months prior by a TCI coach, and my mother is also a TCI coach, which inspired me to get into the room.
The experience was amazing.
I was blown away with everyone’s participation and TCI’s support crew. I got to connect with epic, like-minded people. People who championed me for being me, which was a totally new experience for me. On the day of the event, I knew I needed to do this.
I didn’t have the money, but it didn’t matter. I just found the way. I signed up on the day and got my first client one week later.
That was my first milestone!
Today, I am working on my vision to make a world without cancer, and the way I’m doing that is to help people quit smoking. My business name is HM Coaching, and I have an online program called “Lose the Cigarette with No Regrets” and I’m also running workshops for an academy in Melbourne.
I got my first client by simply talking about my goals and simply being myself. Another milestone for me was when I decided to take on discipline, and my whole life changed: I went from having 1 paid client to 6 paid clients. I got offered to work at the academy to run workshops, developed my program and helped someone to quit smoking in just 45 minutes!
My plan for the future is to help 500,000 people to quit smoking, and to help cancer survivors cope with depression and anxiety resulting from that experience. Getting to here wasn’t easy but it’s been so worth it! I attribute my success to my mentors Sharon Pearson, Joe Pane, Matt Lavars, Tom Cartwright, PK Savvy. I model their mindset, their thinking and their actions.

Lastly, it was all because I made a decision to think, be, and play the game like a Professional Coach does.
