If anyone had told me a year ago that I would have quit my job, would be running my own business and would be enrolled in a Diploma at TCI, I would told them were crazy and were talking to the wrong guy!

This is my reality right now, and I could not be more excited about both the present and the future
It started a year ago where I employed a coach to help me gain some clarity around some frustrations and blockages I was experiencing at work. Whilst I enjoyed my job I knew there was something more and I wasn’t providing the support to my clients that I knew they needed. Through my coach’s help, I began to gain clarity about a way forward, and started exploring the possibility of running my own consulting and coaching business. Mind you I NEVER thought I would ever run my own business, and the sheer thought freaked the heck out of me. But by embracing uncertainty, being coached through many limiting beliefs and boundary conditions and by taking action, this dream is now a reality.

After seeing the massive value my TCI trained coach provided I enrolled at TCI mid June. Just under 2 months later I resigned my job and now am running my business, Achieving Brilliant Change, full time. I had this crazy idea that my life prior to TCI had no relevance as a coach, and that all my workplace experience as an engineer and process improvement trainer was irrelevant. But was I wrong! It’s this very experience and knowledge that has enabled me to start my business and hit the ground running. And I’m excited about what lays ahead as my vision is to take this experience, add the massive value that TCI provides, and develop world class workshops and products that will enable me to coach not only close to home, but across the country and abroad.
