I began my training at The Coaching Institute in 2015 and it is one of my best decisions in my life and in my business.
I have immersed myself into personal development over 20 years in various studies and courses.
I have read numerous books and listened to CD’S and DVDS.
However, nothing compares to my involvement with The Coaching Institute.
It has been the pivotal point in shaping my career as a mindset strategist.
Prior to embarking on my coaching journey, I owned and operated a business, helping women regain confidence in their body and themselves through group training and various seminars on health & fitness.
I sold the business in 2014. I then went into partnership in another business, which folded in 2015, it became the statistic of “failure” within 12 months, but I learnt so much and ultimately this lead me to The Coaching Institute.
I felt burnt out, defeated and I had lost my way after the business ended.
I understood I had limited business acumen, no mentor or coach and I needed to change this in order to succeed.
Through The Coaching Institute I discovered my passion again.
My passion for helping people to live their ultimate life and through my current business in coaching, which I am building with the support of The Coaching Institute, I am truly living my ideal life.

Next month I will tour Europe with my young family, a life-long dream and there I will explore other opportunities to build on my business.
Looking back on the last 12 months, my own mindset has shifted tremendously.
I no longer look at problems or failures as too hard to deal with, but rather an opportunity to learn and grow.
Life is filled with wonderful challenges where we get to shine and that is worth pursuing.
I am so excited for what the future holds for myself and also for my clients.
The culture of The Coaching Institute is incredible and the support staff (The WOW team) supports their students above and beyond to deliver the best results.
They provide excellent training and resources and through this I can bring the very best models and skills to my clients.
