Returning home to Australia broken hearted and carrying more sadness than I have ever known, I began my journey with The Coaching Institute – rediscovering me as the single first step, and falling in love with me again!
Forever motivated and inspired by Joan-of-Arc- I have studied, modeled and coached leadership in the healthcare and IT corporate domains for the last 20 years.
In 2014 I was based in Leiden, Netherlands running the international Quality Assurance division for a big IT company.
As a well-respected member of the Central European Executive team, I was responsible for leading a team of over 300 people across 6 countries.
I flew to London to shop and drove to Paris for the weekends.
I had worked and studied with diligence and commitment my entire life for the opportunity to live and lead a team like that, and I loved it!!
Success is a journey and my journey with The Coaching Institute has been one of ups and ups, but it has also been one of clarity and purpose and deep thinking. Without a shadow of doubt my success so far must be attributed to my application of The Coaching Institute’s model of learning.
My marriage had broken down, and along with the rest of the Management team, I was facing a redundancy as the result of corporate restructure.

I had loads of life and people skills, loads of content and experience and intellectual property, but zero experience running a business. The Coaching Institute’s focus on developing business acumen was incredibly attractive to me.
I focused my niche on leadership within 6 months and shortly after that narrowed it to powerfully feminine leadership and women working to get into the boardroom.
Without a shadow of doubt my success so far must be attributed to my application of The Coaching Institute’s model of learning; hear and be blown away by the message --> hear and learn the message --> hear and do it, get a result --> teach the message and watch others get a result!!
Coupled with the abundance of resources available to me via Moodle, webinars, mentoring calls, and the phenomenal “WOW team” who are always there to help, guide and champion my cause, I have all of the elements to make my journey a roaring success.
The knowledge and skills I have learnt in the last 12 months with The Coaching Institute have enabled me to not only be a more incredible person, but have allowed me to share my talents and gifts with others to help them become a brilliant shining version of authentic leadership too!!
Action creates momentum and momentum propels me forward.
