I started with The Coaching Institute in March 2015 and within 2 weeks attended Foundations of Coaching Success in the April. I couldn’t wait to be a part of this awesome community.

Foundations of Coaching Success was incredible, the content for me was like an affirmation that I’ve finally found what I’ve been looking for.

Before enrolling in The Coaching Institute I was a qualified counselor volunteering my time in parenting groups and high schools.
Going back to this in 2015 I realised I was so bored, stuck in a comfort zone that wasn’t feeling very nice anymore. It was the same old thing everyday. I really wanted to run my own business, yet it never felt like I could, I was missing the confidence and knowledge.
Being a single mum with 3 kids on my own for 13yrs, I thought that there would be way to many obstacles in my way to be successful.
I would need to build confidence, create self- love, worth, knowledge on where to even start with a business, so many un-knowns and the most important part; Support.
Once introduced to coaching I knew without a doubt that this was the missing link.
It is way more powerful and positive than anything I have experienced as a counsellor. I love the process and how you can take people forward to create lasting change that supports their dreams.
After returning from Foundations of Coaching Success I got stuck in. I knew that my passion and desire to help others was not just a dream anymore, I could see it was going to be a successful business.
One week after returning I was asked if I wanted to run a workshop. I remember at Foundations of Coaching Success Joe Pane shared with us a quote to create action- “Say YES! then work out how”; Well that statement has changed my life.
My first workshop I did open to the general public was so frightening for me; I was literally paralysed with fear. I asked for help the morning of it, because I was so close to cancelling.
Beautiful people stepped up and coached me through it, by time I arrived at the venue I was fine and actually really looking forward to speaking, even though I could still feel the nerves.
This community is absolutely amazing at how you can always count on them to help you out.
The future is filled with so many possibilities now. My goal for 2016 was to run another 10 workshops - I’ve already booked in triple that amount!
The content we can deliver from this program is gold and will only get better as I continue to learn. I will be attending Meta Dynamics™ in March 2016 and I know this will once again take things to the next level.
Now when running workshops, I’m full of excitement and look forward to helping those attending. I have a great time getting the room to interact and participate as much as possible. I’ve been asked to write a parenting program and since have had so much interest in that.

I embrace change now with excitement, rather than fear. I love pushing myself to the next challenge knowing it’s just a matter of time before I accomplish it.
I absolutely love public speaking now and delivering content that people can use in their everyday life to create a life for themselves on their own terms.
My greatest success would be creating a model for my children to follow, showing them first hand that they really can follow what they are passionate about and create an amazing life for themselves.
The changes I see in them also have been so rewarding. Showing them that anybody who believes in themselves really can do anything they put their mind to. Their language around their futures has already changed.
Even though they provide an environment that I can trust so that I can grow, support every step of the way, and endless amounts of knowledge.
I'm so happy I took the plunge, The Coaching Institute has changed my life and the lives around me for the better. I will be a contributing to this community forever. I couldn’t imagine my life without The Coaching Institute community now.
