2016 is a year of stepping up and doing things out of my comfort zone.
I ran my first workshop in January.
I chose a safe environment for me, like Joe Pane taught us.
I didn’t have a list so I offered my services for free to a lady who runs a healing and yoga centre, and she marketed it to her clients.
The owner was really happy and she wants me to run more. I have my second workshop the end of February where I am presenting with a fellow Coaching Institute coach, where we are marketing to our clients.
These workshops are the first of many more to come.
I am doing this, and I haven’t done any training on how to run a workshop; I don’t have paying clients yet, I’m just trusting in me.
You don’t need to know how to do it all. You just need to believe in yourself that you can do it, and ask for help if you need it.
The Coaching Institute have outstanding support, all you need to do is ask. I also asked all of my attendees to see my perfection in imperfection, as I was standing up and giving it a go.
