Coach & Connect

Coach and Connect is a monthly event for Coaches hosted by Coaches for The Coaching Institute.

In a relaxed environment our coaches get to connect and share their journey, experiences, tools and skills with each other.  Special guest speakers are invited in to talk about their experiences, it’s a fabulous place to learn, share and grow. Our Coach and Connect Leaders are a group of special people who give their time freely to organise the events to include fun, information and networking. There are no sales pitches or products for sale; it’s purely a coach community support event. In this space you are exposed to personal development, business development and professional development. All this for $20.00 per event!

VIC - Carolyn Rowland

Carolyn Rowland is the Director/Owner of Trend Style and Coaching. Carolyn is a fully qualified Style and Image Consultant, Life Coach and an NLP trainer with extensive experience in Sales and Marketing, Business Ownership and Fitness Leadership; she is happily married with four wonderful children. Carolyn is a highly motivated, fun and down to earth speaker and presenter.

Carolyn realized there was a gap in the market where she could help people to become fitter in both body and mind, to look and feel incredible about themselves, to boost their self-esteem, image, thoughts and beliefs. Further intense study into Life Coaching and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and the idea for Trend Style and Coaching was born.

Carolyn runs Trend Style and Coaching from offices in Gisborne and North Melbourne. She also consults widely in the fitness and corporate areas and with her sense of style, elegance, fitness and her eye for perfection and detail, is very passionate about providing personalized assistance for all clients and always produces results.
