Let's face it...Everyone's had a bad day!
Most of us have the occasional tendency to get stuck in the downward spiral of stress, overwhelm and negativity.
This can lead you to feeling sorry for yourself when things don’t go exactly as planned, to doubting yourself when you fail to be perfect.
But what if I told you that instead of ruminating over the disappointment, having a bad day and getting sucked in the negative spiral, there is a choice to turn your thinking around?
At any given moment, you’re either living above the line or below the line.
This is also referred to as “cause versus effect” thinking.
The question to ask yourself is “which side of the line are you living?”
Are you living above the line, or at cause? Or are you living Below the line, also known as living at Effect of things that happen to you?
Before you answer that question, let’s take a look at each side.
