Hi, my name is Nick Hansen and I started with The Coaching Institute in the March 08 intake, I love coaching, now more than ever, because in the last few weeks I’ve had some MAJOR transformations, were talking about spine tingling, bone shattering, my life can never be the same again. So I started in the coaching course, excited to transform not only my life, but the lives of my clients too. I went to the intake where it was really exciting and learn absolutely heaps! I started my triads really early and got a few done but found I really struggled with the coaching side. I was soo far out of my comfort zone, and I really didn’t know at all how to have a great session. So I thought that I must have to learn more, and I went to study. Now that I’ve experienced transformational coaching, I really know it works. You can ‘know’ that something works because someone has told you or you’ve read it somewhere, and you can ‘know’ that it works, because you’ve been there. Before you even pick up a book and start reading, you’ve got some trash to take out of your own. Take a leap, dive into the unfamiliar and if you don’t yet trust yourself enough to do it, trust me. Trust me because I’ve done it. DO IT NOW, as soon as you finish reading this. I PROMISE that you will thank me for it.

Sharon Pearson from The Coaching Institute has taught me an extremly valuable lesson about the power of "free" products. At Trend, we now have "free" shopping tour days for past clients, "free" sample Style Portfolios and "free" e books from our website and with Trend Coaching all first sessions are for "free". This has been phenonemal for Trend, spreading the word so we can assist more clients, make people look and feel fabulous about themselves, every day. Having "free" products has increased our business and kept our past clients very happy. It is a wonderful service and i can't thank Sharon enough for the kind lesson.

I started my Diploma Program only 10 months ago. I set the goal that I would attract multi-national clients and that’s the meetings I’m having – my first client is a multi-national and we have an agreement to supply $40,000 worth of coaching.

The skills I acquired in the Diploma Program I have applied in every possible way. I study Sharon’s language through her CD’s and DVD’s – before every meeting I watch her on DVD – study the language, her body language, how she puts her point across, and also how she challenges the client – with that I go for my meetings. I use the NLP skills, Trainer’s Training and Executive Coaching Program. Metaprograms, hierarchy, all of it. It’s all there.

Anyone can do this if they trust themselves and use what they learn.

I started my coaching training in Oct '08 and by early December I had 7 paying clients, which actually meant that I had already earned half of my Advanced Prac fees back.One of these clients was the General Manager of one of NSW biggest regional councils, out in the Outback, who extended his contract after the first 6 sessions due to the enormous value he is receiving from the coaching, both professionally and personally. He has engaged me to facilitate communication workshops for all his staff and further leadership development and presentation training for the management team in May.

By the end of January '09 I had 2 more paying clients, plus I landed 2 big contracts to facilitate Leadership Development programs, one for an employment agency and the other for the middle management staff of a regional University, both of which will lead to individual coaching contracts with the majority of the participants.

The employment agency was so happy with the results of the leadership program, that they have asked me to facilitate their strategic planning process.

These contracts have enabled me to upgrade to the Diploma level- and I feel confident that my results will transform again with the NLP and Train the Trainers program in which I will be participating in May, and the Executive Coaching and Coaching Product classes later in the year.

I want to say Thank You to Sharon Pearson for being the one who started this amazing organisation, which is providing so much to the transformation of individuals and organisations... including me! You do rock!!!

Hello everyone! I hope you are all well. Since the intake weekend people keep asking me if I've 'had a haircut' and when I say no, they say 'you look different, happier'!! hehe. I know its because of the confidence and goals the intake weekend gave me - thanks again to Sharon, Lauren, Lisa and the team for a GREAT time.

For Sharon and the team: Two weeks before the weekend I was appointed team leader of a section, however I was not given higher pay or an official title; I was told that no 'acting manager' position was available. On Friday just gone, two of my bosses said to me that they noted a 'change' in me, that I was doing a great job and they asked me to become an acting manager (with more pay)! The thing is I had always been doing a 'great job' but I was hiding in the shadows; a worker ant and I did not act with confidence. I attribute the promotion to the fact that since the GOLD coaching session I received from you, Sharon, my fear of authority has disappeared and I assume rapport with my superiors (and colleagues) - they see me as powerful and capable now (because that's how I now see myself). Its great to be free of that limit I held so long. Sharon, I share this story with you because your gift to me was fantastic and much appreciated. Thank you very much.

Hi everyone,

Here's some feedback I got from my presentation to Suki Hairdressing. I didn't realize it at the time, but Suki is the number 1 hairdressing Salon in NSW. It's won the most competitions for best hairdresser and apprentice hairdresser in NSW for 2008. So I was really fortunate to be their guest speaker. As I was the last speaker of the day, I knew I had to turn up the energy to really get their attention so I could have the most impact. I got them to shake it out and groove to some music and gave a complimentary session to the best dancer and I got them engaged by commanding them throughout the talk. They loved it! People came up to me afterwards and said my speech was inspirational. So thank you for all you taught me at Trainer's. I have another speaking gig lined up in 3 weeks and I intend to get 100% sales. So far using the "Curious to committed" template, I've converted 3 curious clients into 3 paying clients. Yeah!

Being involved in Medicine for the past 13 years has given me great insight into human behaviour and the negative strategies that people engage in with their health. Despite my medical training, I could still see that people were struggling to make sustainable changes in their health and life. I wanted to be better equipped to help my patients so I enrolled with The Coaching Institute as a Diploma student.

Becoming a coach has been a very rewarding decision and one that has enabled me profound personal growth and the ability to really assist people. I have since branched out from Medicine and started my own Performance and Life Coaching business called

Infinity Success Coaching.

I have been able to help patients and clients achieve personal and professional success while enjoying even more income and quality time with my family. The training, support and feedback I have received from TCI has been wonderful and it has enabled me to grow my business even more. As an affiliate since July 2006 I have had an amazing journey. It has been said that as human beings our reach far exceeds our imagination. I have experienced this and been blessed with incredible opportunities that I hadn’t imagined as a coach and public speaker. Since completing my intake weekend in February 2006, becoming an affiliate has accelerated my business to levels I wasn’t expecting for at least another 2 years. I have paying clients all over the country (except for NT!) thanks due to the affiliate referral system, in fact I am about to sign up my first international client as a result! My monthly income has trebled in the last three months. Opportunities of speaking in front of large audiences have been provided simply due to the instant credibility and strong brand I receive by being an affiliate. Having direct access to TCI CEO Sharon Pearson has also been a major bonus. I know that other affiliates of other companies will be lucky to meet their CEO let alone having direct access for training or mentoring purposes. Before, there was me and my business card. Now wherever I go there is me and an entire army behind me. Now that’s gotta be fun.

I’ve just completed the Public Speaking and Trainers Training. I’m going to cut to the chase. It was the most awesome training I have ever experienced!

I thought I knew a lot about public speaking and training. I have presented over 500 hours of training, public speaking and I’ve even presented a television program. I thought I knew the right way to do it. This training stripped everything back that I thought was right and rebuilt me with the way that it’s supposed to be done.
