Dear The Coaching Institute Team,

This journey was going to be one of self-discovery and personal growth. I knew that before I even had my first coffee chat with ‘lovely Lizzy’. I wanted to jump in head-first. ‘Mini-me’ was shouting: “What if it’s too much? Too hard? What if? What if? What if I can’t?”

Then the ‘real me’ began to speak up saying: “But what if I can have the courage? What if I do have the strength? What if I am all this and more?”

Today I took a GIANT LEAP OF FAITH IN ME! It felt like bringing water to the thirsty, breathing life into the still. I haven’t felt so connected with my true spirit in a very long time. I was immersed in possibility and anticipation. I knew what I had to do, I just needed to do it. So I did and now it’s my turn to fly. Thanks for giving me back my wings!
