"The decision to say yes to myself was based on such a small expectation on what I would receive and I have been blown away"
Ryan thank-you so much for sharing your story with us, how long have you been a part of The Coaching Institute now?
Just over a year now, it’s gone so fast!
And can you tell us a little bit about what this Journey has meant for you?
It’s funny, when I first came I really aimed to be an outstanding trainer and to be delivering content to rooms.
Since I have been here though, the ripple effect in my life has been so much greater than just that goal.
So it’s meant that I’ve also become a better husband, a better father, a better friend, son, brother; it’s been much more than I ever dreamed it could be.
I went into full time coaching May 2016 and it’s been the best decision I ever did.
I ended my job up in April and made the decision to really commit to myself and my coaching.
Being able to put into practice the basic principals we learn here at The Coaching Institute helped me to transition.
